"In the mornings, I値l do boxing for about an hour, hour and 15 minutes, it痴 a very intense session.  At night, I値l spar for around four, five minute rounds, round robin with different guys.  The next day I値l take off the morning and at night I値l grapple intensely.  And the day after that I値l box in the morning and lift weights at night.  Then I repeat the cycle."
